Methodology

• Extract the expenditures incurred during 9th and 10th plan for the various diseases from the datasets.
• Expenditures considered are:
  • 9th Plan Allocation, 10th Plan Allocation Agreed by PC and Sum of Actual Expenditure for 10th Plan
• Diseases Considered are:
  • Vector-borne, Leprosy, AIDS, Guinea Worm, Disease Surveillance, Blindness, Cancer, IDD, Mental health, De-addiction, Tuberculosis, Leprosy Institutes(T), BCG, Pulse Polio
